Matching an engagement ring with a wedding ring is often very tricky. We can help by providing an individual solution tailored specifically to your engagement ring. Maybe you have an engagement ring with an unusual shape. We can create the perfect ring to fit and compliment your existing ring in gold or platinum.  We can also design your dream engagement and wedding ring from scratch based on ideas supplied by you. The choice is yours.

The bespoke ring design service includes three specially prepared designs for you to choose from. A beautifully presented brochure will be sent out with the details and costs of each design. With prices starting from as little as £300, our bespoke ring design service is very affordable.


Further adjustments can be made to any design until you are 100% happy.  Once you are ready to order, the cost of the design service (£50) will be taken from the final price. Your ring will be ready in 21 working days.

	Step 1 - After placing your order online, please email us with any pictures of rings you like, design requirements or general ideas. We'd love to talk to you in person, so give our sales team a ring on 0845 0944612 and we'll be happy to have a chat to you about your bespoke ring. Please ask for Laura who is our ring design expert. If you have an existing ring, please send it to us along with details of any requirements you would like. Please use a secure delivery service such as Royal Mail Special Delivery or an insured courier service and please use adequate postal insurance to cover your item. NB: If the item is over £2,000 in value, please contact sales first for more help with this service.
	Step 2 - We will design 3 options based on your ring and any requirements you have given us.
	Step 3 - If you have sent us your ring we will return this to you fully polished and cleaned at no extra cost. We will also send along a brochure illustrating your 3 design options along with prices and details. Choose the option you like or select the one that closely matches your requirements and let us know what changes you would like made.
	Step 4 - We create your perfect ring to your exact requirements. Please allow 21 working days for your ring to be made. We may ask you to resend your original ring for a final fitting for complex designs.
	Step 5 - You receive your perfect ring in a beautiful wooden presentation box.

Please note: The price you pay for the design service will be refunded against any purchase should you decide to go ahead with any of the designs given to you. However, we cannot refund the cost of the design process should you choose not to order any of the designs.
