Nick Hubbard Jewellery Specialists
Nick began working from a small workshop in Birmingham's Jewellery Quarter in 1978. Here he spent many years making tiny, moving and open scultured models for the jewellery trade. His love of jewellery design continued into his own work and the production of the first Nick Hubbard jewellery collection in 1996. Featuring figurative and whimsical themes, many pieces bear small messages of hope and affection. With inspiration from comic art, painting, music, literature and small treasures of bought and found objects, his jewellery is unique and very collectable.Every piece is hand made by Nick in oxidized sterling silver. Many designs have moving parts, enamel and 9ct gold details and they are always finished with a small engraving of a 'Brick and Bean' logo so you can be sure you have a true original. Each piece is carefully crafted in his studio and as a result our stocks are always very limited. Famous collectors include Roddy Doyle, Nicholas Hytner, Frances de la Tour, Sue Townsend and Jill Murphy to name but a few.
