Shipping & Delivery
We aim to dispatch all in stock items within 1 to 2 business days although during really busy periods there can sometimes be an extra delay - don't worry we will let you know if this is the case. If we are out of stock of an item when processing your order, we will let you know an estimated delivery date. Many of our pieces are handmade by small independant designers and while we try to keep accurate stock levels, we cannot guarantee your item will be dispatched the same day. Delivery costs are as follows:

Orders over £20 are now eligible for free shipping within the UK via our standard delivery service. You can still select our express or insured service on in stock items if you prefer. Please note: delivery times are for guideline purposes only and if an item is out of stock, your order will not be dispatched any quicker by selecting a more expensive method. We try to keep our stock levels regularly updated but we cannot guarantee an item is in stock at the time of ordering. You can always check stock availability first by contacting sales via email or phone.

Standard - £1.95
Delivery within 3-5 days from dispatch via Royal Mail second class recorded with tracking

Express Standard - £2.50
Delivery within 1-2 days from dispatch via Royal Mail first class recorded mail with insurance up to £50

Express Insured with parcel tracking - £5.50
Delivery within 1-2 days from dispatch via Royal Mail special delivery before 1pm service with insurance up to £500. Orders over £100 qualify for free delivery using our Insured or standard service depending on the total cost of your pruchase.

Special Courier
Delivery within 1-2 days from dispatch via a special courier. This service is reserved for expensive items over £2,500.

International Signed For - £6.50
Delivery within 4 - 9 days from dispatch via Royal Mail international signed for service with insurance up to £50.

Notice: It is customer's responsibility to pay custom charges if there are any.

Some items are made especially for you and these can take upto 4 weeks to be delivered. We state on all product pages under the link 'View Additional Information' the estimated delivery date. If you need an item for a particular date, please contact sales and we'll do our very best to help.

All deliveries will be made according to the carriers' standard procedures. For all deliveries, a signature is required for your safety. Many orders arrive within 1-2 days especially if you have chosen the Express or Express Insured service. If you don't have your goods and you think you should have, please check with your local Royal Mail delivery/sorting office, who may be holding the parcel. Alternatively, parcels are sometimes left with a neighbour if you were out when delivery was attempted. If you still don't have your order after 15 working days after confirmation of dispatch, please contact us and we will do our best to help track your parcel.
Privacy & Security
We take your privacy and security very seriously. We work hard to make sure that we only use your information in the ways that you want us to. When you shop at our website we protect your payment details so that all your information is encrypted before it is sent over the internet. Please see our privacy policy page for more details.
Returns & Replacements

Please note: we are not able to accept returns on orders placed through our website at our showroom for security reasons. Any refunds given can take up to 30 days to show on your credit card statement.

If you would like to return an item for any reason, give us a call on 0845 519 6860 or email sales. Please have your order number to hand - it'll help us sort your return so much quicker. We will then give you instructions on how to return your item safely to us.

Some of our items are rather special or may have been made specially just for you - for example our diamond engagement rings (we offer a try before you buy service for these) or bespoke jewellery designs and we have to say that our refund guarantee does not apply to these products. These items have been made to your requirements and we would find it difficult to resell to another customer. We clearly show on every product page if the item is classed as special but if you are in any doubt please contact us first. However if the item is faulty in anyway, of course we'll replace it as quickly as possible.
Unwanted items maybe returned to us a refund but will be subject to our standard 5% restocking administration charge.

Delivery charges will not be refunded in the case of a return. However, should you request replacements for returned items, you will not be charged again for delivery. All replacement items are shipped via economy delivery. Express delivery of replacements may be requested at the time of return and the difference will be charged to your card.

If your order has been split due to different availability dates then payment will be debited for the total order but you will only incurr one shipping charge.

The total cost of your order includes the price of the item(s), delivery and tax. All prices quoted are quoted in UK sterling, and where appropriate are inclusive of UK tax (VAT).
Viewing Orders
When you create an account at HeBe Jewellery, you can login to your account dashboard at anytime to view recent orders, reorder items, manage your wishlist, submit product reviews, manage your addresses and control your newsletter settings. You can login to your account dashboard here
How Will My Order Be Wrapped?
Your jewellery will be wrapped in our HeBe Jewellery boxes. Engagement and special rings are presented in a wooden box. Some jewellery will be wrapped in designer supplied packaging - for example Nomination.
