If you'd like to see one of our rings before making a purchase, we've created our try before you buy service.

Our diamond rings are made especially for you, hand finished and inspected for quality and should not be confused with off the shelf high street equivalents - there really is no comparison!

As such they come under our special item and bespoke category. As each ring is made to your exact requirements, we cannot offer our normal 30 day returns policy if you change your mind.

We realise you may want to view or hold the diamond ring in your hand before purchasing and so we've come up with our no-hassle sample diamond ring service to allow you to do just that - view a diamond ring in the comfort of your home.

If you would like to see a sample of any of the diamond rings before buying, we will happily send you out an exact replica in either 18ct white or yellow gold minus the diamond. If you wish your final ring to be made of platinum, please select 18ct white gold for your sample ring - it's very very close in looks and helps us to keep our ring deposit cost down.

We just require a small fully refundable deposit of £150 (it is precious metal after all), payable through our online shop. We'll send your sample diamond ring out as soon as possible.

Send the sample ring back to us and we'll refund your deposit in full.

Of course if you decide you would like to go ahead and purchase the ring, we'll put your deposit towards the real thing and get straight to work creating your dream HeBe diamond ring.
