Ordering Online
Browse our online shop by selecting a category from the navigation sidebox (look to the left on screen) or by clicking anyone of the products featured in our Top Picks, Featured Products or Best Sellers boxes. Our product pages are easy to order from.
- Select from any options to customise your purchase
- Add the product to your shopping cart - it's the big add to cart button
- You'll be taken to your shopping cart where you can make adjustments, add the item to your wish list or proceed to the checkout. To place your order or view what products are in your basket at anytime, click the big blue View cart button top right.
- You can view bigger pictures of the product by clicking on the product images
- Products marked Out of Stock can still be placed on backorder by clicking the add to cart button
Every product page contains a set of tools to help you shop.
You can add a product to your Wish list - see Creating a wish list for more details. If you would like to know more about a particular product, use the Ask a question button to contact sales for more information. If you think the product may be of interest to someone you know, use the Send to a friend link to let them know all about it.
If you have already purchased a product and would like to leave a review for other customers to read, you'll find our Add a review feature just below the product tools.

We accept most major credit and debit cards including Visa, Amex, Mastercard, Maestro and Solo. You can also pay for your order by cheque or postal order - you'll be given the option during the checkout process. Please make any cheques payable to HeBe Jewellery and allow up to five working days for them to clear. Don't forget to include the postage and packing.

You can of course login to your account at any time to review your order. If we are out of stock of an item, you will be contacted and asked if you would like to wait for the item to come into stock or be given the option to cancel your order.
All our jewellery comes beautifully packaged in luxury wooden boxes, silk pouches and silver boxes.
