We're not in the business of making excuses. We like to stick to what we are good at, sourcing and delivering superb quality jewellery to your doorstep. And it's okay to change your mind! Of course we hope you were delighted with your purchase from HeBe Jewellery but if you are not happy, we guarantee to immediately put it right, refunding or replacing your item as appropriate.

If you would like to return your purchase between seven and 30 days after delivery give us a tinkle or better still use our returns tool - it'll help us sort your order so much quicker.

Some of our items are rather special or may have been made specially just for you and we have to say that our 30 day guarantee does not apply to these special or bespoke items listed on our website. However if there is something wrong we'll do our utmost best to make sure it's put right.
